Most answers are below. If yours is not, write to us and a person will reply.

Writing to us

Email support@weddinghelper.app. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether it was on the web, an iPhone or an Android phone. We aim to reply within two working days. Please do not send us anyone’s sign-in code.

Signing in

There is no password. Enter your email and we send you a six-digit code, which works once, for an hour. The same code starts an account if you do not have one yet. You can also continue with Apple (on the web and on iPhone) or with Google.

  • The code has not arrived: it comes from hello@weddinghelper.app. Look in spam or promotions, check the address you typed, and ask for a new code after a minute.
  • Signed in with Apple and Google as well as email: they are one account if they share an email address. Apple can hide yours behind a private relay address, which makes a separate account — use the same way each time.
  • Everything appears on every device you sign in on, and on the day itself the wedding is kept on your phone, so it opens without a signal.

Planning together

In Settings, under Planning together, invite your partner or someone to help. Each invite is a link you send however you like; it works once, for fourteen days. You can see whether each one was used, turned down or has run out, and send a new one.

  • Your partner plans the whole wedding with you, as an equal.
  • Someone helping sees the plan, the guests and the day. They see the budget only if you tick “Can see the budget” beside their name.
  • Whoever started the wedding can remove anyone from it, and anyone can leave.

Guests and replies

Each guest can have their own reply link. Open the guest, choose Send their RSVP link, and send it however you like. They answer without an account, and their reply appears in your list straight away — for everyone planning with you.

Your account

  • Signing out takes your wedding off that device. It stays as it is everywhere else, and comes back when you sign in again.
  • To delete your account, go to Settings and choose Delete my account. You have thirty days to change your mind: sign in again and choose Keep my account.
  • To get a copy of what we hold about you, or to have something corrected, write to us.

What deleting does to a wedding you share is set out on the privacy page.

Is it free?

Yes, completely, for couples: every planning tool, with no limits and no advertising. Suppliers pay to be part of the marketplace. See the terms.

For suppliers

Questions about a listing — its details, its photos or how it appears — go to support@weddinghelper.app as well. Tell us the business name and where it is.
